IRI is pleased to be associated with UTG CepRass to conduct this stakeholder forum to review the draft new constitution, in relation to the management of public finance. As we all know, the constitution is the first most important document of the country and thus, its preparation should be participatory and all-inclusive. For this reason, we are more pleased that the country’s highest educational institute (the UTG) is taking part in the process by presenting a position paper to the CRC and more so, this follow-on forum to review the draft new constitution relating to public finance.
